Digital products (ebooks)

Our illustrated storybooks and other digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase. Because these are digital goods, all digital sales are final once the file has been delivered. If your download is missing, corrupted, or doesn't match its listing, email info@arcticstoryhouse.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund you.

Physical products (apparel, drinkware, home decor, art prints)

Our physical products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners specifically for you after you order, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email info@arcticstoryhouse.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

How to request a refund

Email info@arcticstoryhouse.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.
